Making The WWE Better

I used to be the biggest wrestling fan. I watched WWE (formally WWF) Monday Night Raw all the time. Now I can barely find time to watch it. I would watch it more and go out of my way to watch it. Here are some things I've thought of for the WWE to improve on the product...

[1] Have an HD Feed of Wrestling Shows. In 2009, pretty much all TV stations need to be digital. Why not get it out of the way now?? Monday Night Raw could make an attempt (I don't think it'd be hard) on getting a time slot on Universal HD. While with Friday Night Smackdown can easily broadcast in HD. UPN already has an HD channel. Come on, if Nascar can broadcast races in HD, why not wrestling??

[2] For every new wrestler that is made popular, good or bad, a legend needs to start to get a De-push. The WWE needs to understand that old wrestlers will not be around forever. So whenever a wrestler gets heat or pops, the writers need to start thinking about pushing the new star. In order to make room for that wrestler, they need to slowly de-push a legend. Think of it this way, a new superstar named Abu gets popular and starts getting pops. When that happens, a legend that is face named The Big Show will be dropped down to the midcard slowly or get one final great match with the champ. Between 6 to 12 months, the transition needs to happen.

[3] No More Boss vs Wrestler Storylines. Sure it worked plenty of times before, but people are getting sick of that shit. Whats that going to do for a wrestler?? Nothing really. Wrestling should be like a regular show, storylines should not be repeated even though they are with different people.

[4] Advertise the Other Wrestling Show. You may not understand this one. Let me explain, since Raw is more popular than Smackdown, Raw could use time to expose them. Lets put it into a storyline. Bischoff gets a bunch of money from an advertiser to endorse their product live on the show. Since the money is such a large amount, he doesn't even look at the advertiser. They get a 15 minute block on Raw to endorse their product for three months. When Bischoff entroduces the sponser, it turns out to be The GM of Smackdown, Teddy Long. He then explains that he will use the 15 minutes on Raw and have some Smackdown wrestlers duke it out. Then on Friday, Bischoff comes on Smackdown and explains that he talked (complained) to Linda McMahon and he bought advertising space on Smackdown, yet it's a better deal. The deal is for the same amount of money but for 17 minutes of space on Smackdown. Eventually weeks later, after constant fueding, Linda comes out and says that she is going to refund both men's money, and make it a given that both shows get 15 minutes of time on the other show. This way, both brands get the same amount of exposure.

[5] Bring on Legends for only two things, Managing or Honoring. The Legend vs Wrestler fued is another one of those old feuds that sometimes works to boost a wrestler. It always ends up being the Legend losing the fued. Way not instead, bring in a legend to help a wrestler move up in the ranks. An example? Bring in Jimmy Fly Snuka and have him manage RVD or somebody that likes to fly. You can also bring in a legend to honor them. Yet, don't have some retard come in and ruin the whole thing.

Anyways, those are my thoughts on how to make the WWE better. Hopefully some of the shit can happen. There are probably more points that I could make, but there are probably not even worth pointing out. Anyways, I'm out and you can always leave feedback in the comments.
