Starting This Shit Up

Yeah just starting to blog again. I just recently moved to a new place and now I literally have a shitload of time to myself. I'm cruising on TV shows and movies I haven't seen. There will be times where I do this shit everyday, and there will be times where you won't be reading new shit for months. I'll post some cool shit from time to time as well. Yeah that's about it.

Movie Review: SLiTHER

Alright, I went to go see SLiTHER last week and I gotta say, it was a VERY enjoyable movie. If fact, I was very surprized it didn't turn into a sleeper hit. The movie is a very enjoyable horror movie and a very enjoyable comedy. The characters are fantastic. There are a lot of memorable qoutes in the movie. For example, after the mayor and the gang run away from the slug bugs, he bitches and moans about how there is no MR. PIBB!! How the bugs come out and everything comes into play, is just great. In my opinion, this is worth a Full Price Admission and gets 5 out of 5 stars.

Look for my Scary Movie 4 review, which was a pile of shit compared to SLiTHER.

Top Five Shows of 2005

Not alot shows were really successful this year. If they were, nobody really watched them or they really sucked. On this list, some people have watched these shows, while some haven’t. First I would like to list the shows that barely missed the list.

Honorable Mention:
Arrested Development – It’s a great show. I like the fact that there family is such a mess. That is what makes it comedy.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia
– FX put out two comedys out this summer. This one managed to get a second season. It was about four friends that own a bar. Somehow, their lifes just suck.

Over There – This show was also on FX. It was about the war on Iraq. Great writing and great characters. Its a shame that there wont be a second season.

Bones – Consider this a low budget CSI for Fox. Great characters and I like how it is based off a real person.

Stella – It was great to see MIB in something that had nothing to do with a decade. Smart comedy is all I have to say.

Now on to the list…

Number 5: Everybody Hates Chris - Chris Rock took a Wonder Years type idea and formed it into something new. Who would have known that Chris Rock’s life was actually that funny. Chris as a narriator works great too. It seems like that nobody can miss a punch line in this show, which makes it great for everybody.

Number 4: Stankervision - MTV2 took a sketch show and made it funny again. There is no live audience or introductions. Plus a clown that likes to make people look like shit on camera is great too.

Number 3: The Office – Normally a show based off the same show in another country is a piece of shit. Yet somehow NBC has made this show work. You got some of the funniest actors on TV and there is also great plot lines that advance the storylines even though you dont even notice it.

Number 2: Masters of Horror - I like Horror movies. Yet movies now are rated PG-13 and aren’t really scary at all. With this show, you have classic Horror movie directors and direct a great story. This really brings back the rated R type horror movies, even though that this is just a series.

Number 1: My Name is Earl
- This is a great comedy. You take an idea that is so simple and make it funny. A made does wrongs, and finally wants to make life right. You want to root for Earl, yet want to see him fail just for your pure enjoyment. This is something that is needed for every show.

Go to a Tab on Firefox Faster than the Ctrl + Tab Command

Got Nine tabs open in Firefox?? Want to get to it fast?? There is an easy way of accessing the tab without the Ctrl + Tab command.

Lets say you Have five tabs open. Digg, Slashdot, Google, GMail, and Protopage all opened up at the same time, lined up in that order.

If you wanted were on the GMail tab and you wanted to get to the Digg Tab quick, all you would have to do is press Ctrl + 1. Here is an easy way of putting it.

If Digg is the First tab, then you would press Ctrl + 1.

If Slashdot is the Second tab, then you would press Ctrl + 2.

If Google is the Third tab, then you would press Ctrl + 3.

If GMail is the Fourth tab, then you would press Ctrl + 4.

If Protopage is the Fifth tab, then you would press Ctrl + 5.

If you deleted the Slashdot Tab, then the formula would end up like this.

If Digg is the First tab, then you would press Ctrl + 1.

Since Slashdot was removed as a tab, Google moves up as the Second tab, therefore you would press Ctrl + 2.

GMail moves up as the Third tab, therefore you would press Ctrl + 3.

Protopage moves up as the Fourth tab, therefore you would press Ctrl + 4.

Ctrl + 5 would be nonexistant as a command unless another tab was opened in its place.

If you have more than nine tabs open, the commands still work, but they only work with tabs one through nine. Go ahead try it out yourself.
